Conscious Yoga is a version of hatha yoga. It is a contemporary yoga designed for mainstream America. It seeks to integrate the mind and body for complete development. Yoga is a physical and spiritual discipline that works to integrate our complete selves, helping us to achieve, in these especially stressful times, the balance and calm we all seek. Our bodies follow where our minds go. And since our minds often act like unruly puppies, Don's Conscious Yoga seeks to train that puppy-mind through loving kindness, bring it into conscious partnership with the body. Once the mind and body begin to work together, our possibilities are limitless.  Conscious Yoga is the art of living intentionally.  If a person understands this point and seeks to live life intentionally, that person is well on the path toward Self-Realization.
